Jenny Henson, MS, LPC, ADC, LCDC

Jenny B. Henson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and the Founder and Clinical Director of Finding Harmony Counseling Services in Corsicana, Texas. With over two decades of combined experience in mental health, education, law enforcement, and crisis response, Jenny brings a rare and powerful blend of expertise to the individuals, families, and first responders she serves.

Jenny’s professional background includes extensive work as a school counselor, assistant principal, behavior specialist, crisis intervention trainer, and former police officer/corporal. This multidisciplinary foundation allows her to understand human behavior from multiple angles—clinical, developmental, educational, relational, and systemic.

As a therapist, Jenny specializes in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, addiction, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and first responder mental health. She is highly trained in EMDR trauma-focused, ADHD, Child-Centered Play Therapy from UNT, Natural Lifemanship Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, PATH Intl Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, addiction, crisis response, marriage and family, and multiple evidence-based treatment modalities. She is also a Prepare/Enrich premarital/marriage facilitator and a Compassion Friends co-facilitator for those grieving the loss of a child.

Jenny is known in the community for developing and coordinating a comprehensive First Responder Peer Support Program, where she continues to serve as a trainer, clinical consultant, and on-call support for departments navigating critical incidents. Her clinical work is grounded in creating safety, restoring balance, and helping clients build long-term resilience—regardless of age, background, or life circumstance.

Outside the office, Jenny is passionate about family, faith, community service, and building innovative therapeutic programs that bring hope and healing to Navarro County and the surrounding areas.

Cassi Easter, LCDC-I

Cassi is an LCDC-Intern with 15 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, bringing a strong background in supporting individuals through functional, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Her work in occupational therapy strengthened her commitment to client-centered care and deepened her belief in holistic, compassionate treatment approaches. Cassi is skilled in building trust, motivating clients, and fostering meaningful progress: strengths that guide her work in the counseling field.

Cassi has obtained her bachelor’s degree from East Texas A&M University and will begin graduate school in January to pursue her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential. Her academic preparation, combined with extensive clinical experience, allows her to engage with clients in an empathetic, grounded, and effective manner. She is committed to expanding her skills in mental health and addiction counseling while continuing to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

Cassi is passionate about helping people heal, build resilience, and reach their personal goals. She prioritizes creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where individuals feel understood and empowered. Her work is rooted in promoting growth, restoring hope, and walking alongside each person on their unique journey toward recovery, stability, and long-term success.

Sandi Kirkwood, Certified Life Coach

I am a certified life coach,trained through the Universal Coach Institute, and deeply committed to helping others create the lives they deserve. My coaching is grounded not only in professional training but also in real-life experience. I have lived through—and risen from—childhood and adult trauma, and I bring that hard-earned understanding to every session.

Over the years, I’ve navigated challenges such as addiction within family systems, divorce, single parenting, rebuilding after abusive relationships, and finding purpose after seasons of pain. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing is possible, change is attainable, and every person has an inner strength that can be reignited.
